• 30+ years continuous and progressive career as Senior HR Executive & Administration Manager in industry

           Worked in steel, petroleum, wood, chemical, pulp & paper
           Worked in Ontario, Manitoba, BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan
           Worked in Africa (Sudan) in HR and Administration

• worked in and managed all aspects of Human Resources in industry : recruiting, training and development, downsizing or termination, labour negotiation and collective agreement administration, organization design and organization effectiveness
